MaxFitOne offers a budget-friendly strength and conditioning program that caters to small groups, providing similar benefits to one-on-one training with our certified personal trainers. We understand that each individual has unique fitness goals and we are committed to helping you achieve them.

Every month, MaxFitOne introduces fresh exercises, training intervals, and goals. Each class encompasses a comprehensive and dynamic warm-up, an abdominals section, the main workout, and a cardio section to conclude the session on a high note.

​

The classes operate on a station-based system, each presenting a unique exercise and a timed interval to complete it. This interval training approach allows you and the coaches to customize the intensity according to your preferences and abilities. It also offers the flexibility to increase the intensity as your performance progresses.
